Services
We offer:

• One-time setup/install fees
• Monthly or per-user billing for management and support
• Custom packages based on needs

Payments
All payments must be made via the method agreed upon (invoice, PayPal, etc.) before or upon delivery of service.

Refunds
Refunds are available only:

• If service was not delivered as agreed
• For errors on our end (e.g., failed stream due to our mistake)

Refunds are not available if service was disrupted due to external factors (internet outages, school limitations, etc.).

Cancellation

• You may cancel a service with at least 7 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months of ongoing service
